Project Name: Safe Future Subject: - Purchase of Food Items Daughters of Charity (Doc) engaged in the provision of new houses, repair of old ones and occasional financial help with householders threatened with eviction. DoC provides houses for poor women-headed households and people with various disabilities and chronic health problems in Mekelle City, Maichew town and in Irob District. DoC provides comprehensive services that promote the integral development of human beings. Currently, the organization is engaged in social and development programmes as well as emergency interventions. DoC is dedicated to safe Procurement and programming. Thus, DoC has a zero-tolerance policy on misconduct with the aims and objectives of the organization, including theft, fraud, corruption or abuse of power/authority, sexual harassment (SH), sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), and discrimination. DoC also adheres to strict safeguarding principles and core humanitarian standards. Therefore, all selected suppliers will be expected to adhere to these standards and principles.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Quote the price including VAT
• Please attach license, TIN-number and VAT registration with this Quotation
• Please sign and seal in all documents.
• Any eligible supplier shall submit VAT registration Receipt
• Winner supplier must deliver the materials he/she win to DoC by his own transportation
• Performa will be closed on June 30/ 2026 at 8:30 local time and will be opened on June 30/ 2026 at 9:00 local time
• Receipts only from Birhan & Selam printing and cash register machine are acceptable.
